Respectful Relationships Professional Development
On Monday, the staff were fortunate enough to do some amazing Personal and Professional Development on Respectful Relationships facilitated by Paul Zappa. Paul is an engaging and inspirational leader who works across Victorian schools supporting staff with the implementation of this vital program. We are proud that Our Lady of Fatima is continuing the wonderful journey in shaping inclusive and respectful human beings. Throughout the day our staff discussed how the program intersects every aspect of our day in developing our students thinking, attitudes and values and how they are educating/influencing one another and the adults in their lives. We are confident this cultural shift will positively impact their teenage and adult years.
