Stage 2 PSSA Sports

It gives me great pleasure to write a compliment for the boys and girls oztag teams at our school. Both teams have shown remarkable dedication and determination in their training and games, and have represented our school with pride.

The boys team has displayed exceptional teamwork and sportsmanship, always supporting each other on and off the field. Their skills and strategies have improved greatly over the season, resulting in many well-deserved tries. It is evident that they have put in a lot of effort and hard work to achieve their success.

The girls team, too, has been an inspiration to us all. They have shown great resilience in the face of challenges, and have never given up. Their coordination and communication on the field have been outstanding, and they have worked tirelessly to improve their game. Their passion for oztag is truly contagious.

Both teams have been a credit to our school, and we are extremely proud of their achievements. We look forward to seeing their continued growth and success in Term 4. Well done, boys and girls oztag teams!

Oztag

In Week 9, Roselea boys and girls went up against Beecroft PS. In close games, the Oztag boys won 15-11, getting off to a fast start with great teamwork and last-minute tags. The Oztag girls team lost 16-14, with every player trying their best in attack and defence. The players of the match were Finn for the boys and Regina for the girls.

Softball

On March 24, our teams took on Beecroft PS in two thrilling games, with the girls emerging victorious with an impressive 12-7 win. Although the boys suffered a narrow 14-12 loss, they put up a valiant effort and kept the game highly competitive until the end. Two standout players of the match were Chloe N and Joshua L. Chloe's remarkable performance on the field helped the girls secure their win, while Joshua's outstanding skills and efforts in the game were commendable, despite the boys' loss.
