Foundation P 

Foundation P have had an amazing start to Term 2! 

As part of our Literacy block, we have been listening to different fairytales such as; 'Jack and the Bean Stalk' and 'The Gingerbread Man.'  Students have been using Colourful Semantics to both unjumble sentences and to create their own. We have been making connections between ourselves and the text and creating art pieces inspired by the stories.  

In Visual Arts, the students made crowns in celebration of the King's Coronation. 

In Inquiry, we have been learning about identifying places and their features.  

For one of our activities, the foundation students created a place that is special to them using lego.
