Sports update

On the sporting front the College has been represented in Year 7 boys & 8 girls Soccer seeing the boys play gallantly against Staughton in the final and finishing runners up for the day. The Year 8 Girls Soccer Team achieved a convincing win against Melton and progress to the Region finals on Thursday 22nd June. 

On the Australian Football scene, the Intermediate Boys and Girls have played, with the boys winning against Sunbury Downs and playing well against Sunbury College to fall short by only a few points. The Intermediate Girls were convincing winners over Sunbury College and progress to Regional finals in Term 3. Senior Boys and Girls Football was played with the boys facing a fast running Sunbury College team and the girls being clear winners over Sunbury College. The Senior Girls progress to Regional finals on Wednesday 14th June. 

Division Cross Country was held on Friday 19th May in the beautiful parks of Gisborne. GSC was represented beautifully with all runners trying their very best. A team of 27 runners have qualified through to Region Cross Country on Monday 19th June.  

Coming up in the next two weeks includes Junior Australian Football, and the conclusion to the Soccer competitions for Year 7 Girls, Year 8 Boys and Intermediate Boys and Girls.
