Updating your child’s medical / health needs 

As part of our commitment to caring for your child at school, we ask parents / guardians to ensure that the school is informed of any medical concerns on enrolment, annually and as they arise. Sometimes health needs change and so it is important that this information is forwarded to the school nurse so we can help support their individual needs. 

The following forms are available on Compass:

We need our records to be up to date to ensure we care for your child effectively and safely if they have any individual medical / health needs.  

We appreciate you making time to come and discuss your child’s health needs.
