2023 iCAN Challenge

Registrations are still open!!!

On Thursday 30th March - Elisabeth Murdoch College, Langwarrin Primary School, Woodlands Primary School, Langwarrin Park Primary School and Pearcedale Primary School will be holding an amazing school community event with participants walking 50km in one day from St Kilda to Frankston. The walk will be along the beach the entire way and we will finish with the last few steps across the finish line celebrated by family, friends and the school community. To participate each individual has the goal of raising $500 for the Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal. As a community we are hoping to raise $150,000.

Training is back:

Please meet in the main courtyard at 3:15pm and return back at 4:30pm on Wednesday and Thursdays.

Extra training schedule:

1 walk per week

February/March

Week 9 (27th – 5th) – 20km or 4-hour total walk (1-2 breaks)

Week 10 (6th – 12th) – 30km walk or 6-hour total walk (1-2 breaks)

Week 11 (13th – 19th) – 30km walk or 6-hour total walk (1-2 breaks)

Week 12 (20th – 26th) – 3 walks of 5km or hour walk
