School Notices

Before School

Students can be dropped at school from 8:00am. All parents and students need to wait outside the Library until the first bell at 8:15am when the classroom doors open.

Students arriving at school once the 8:20am bell has sounded need to present to the Administration Office for a late pass

Bike Racks

We have a brand new secure and undercover bike storage area located behind the Canteen. Students that ride or scooter to school must leave their bikes and scooter in this area only and not outside the Year 5/6 classroom block.

Absentees

Parents and Caregivers are required to notify the school, as soon as possible, and no later than 9:00am if a student/s in unable to attend school that day.

This can be submitted by email to admin@sthelenas.wa.edu.au, via the absentee option on 9297 7500 or the absentee form on the school website on the Parent Hub here.

Students Arriving Late or Leaving Early

If a student will be arriving late to school for a known reason i.e. an appointment, please advise the school as per the absentee process and the student is to be signed in at the office by a parent/caregiver.

If a student is required to leave the school early, the parent/caregiver must sign the student at the Administration Office.  They will receive an office pass which is to be given to the classroom teacher when collecting the student.

If any of your personal contact information i.e. address or contact numbers have changed, please update them in writing via email to admin@sthelenas.wa.edu.au or drop in to Administration and let us know.

Fees

School Fee Statements have now been emailed to all our families.  Payment plans are due back 28 February.
