Deputy Principal

Dear Parents,

It was wonderful to welcome the children back to school yesterday. There were many happy faces to see their friends. We thank you for your support during the last few weeks.

As part of our covid safety plan there are changes advised by Catholic Education to keep our schools safe and reduce the impact of any future outbreaks that we are required to implement as part of our covid safe behaviours.

These include:

  • promoting physical distancing
  • All adults must wear masks indoors and outdoors (except if in the act of teaching)
  • limit access to school grounds to only those providing essential services
  • density limits for adults apply throughout the school
  • to prevent congregation of parents at school gates

At this stage we ask that;

  • parents do notenter the school grounds
  • parents wear masks
  • parents maintain social distancing when dropping off or picking up their children.

Staggered Release times

Starting from tomorrow (Friday 30 July) the children will have staggered release times.

The children can be picked up from the front or rear entrance according to the following covid safe plan;

3.05pm release - Children attending the school who have no siblings at St Bede's will be released

3.15pm release - Children attending the school who have siblings at St Bede's will be released

Please ensure your child/ren know where you will be picking them up from.

Have a wonderful day and thank you for your support.

Larissa
