This term our class will be participating in a specialized yoga program, where students will explore the benefits of physical and mental well-being. 

Led by an experienced instructor, age-appropriate yoga exercises will promote flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination. The yoga program provides a nurturing and calm environment, fostering focus and resilience. We are excited for our Stage 1 students to embark on this journey of mindful movement and discover the joy of being present in the moment.
