Parent Learning Walk - Primary Campus
Today parents and carers were given the opportunity to see firsthand the types of learning and teaching strategies students are experiencing each and every day in our Primary learning spaces.
Parent learning walks intend to forster conversations between staff and parent/carers about teaching and learning. These conversations support the development of our shared vision of high quality teaching that impacts on student learning.
Feedback from our parents :
* The students were focused and engaged and understood exactly what the task and learning intention was.
* The learning spaces are so welcoming and warm.
* Well mannered students who were able to answer questions on what, why and how they are learning.
We value receiving feedback from parents as it can be a way for staff to improve their teaching practices. Keep an eye out for the next opportunity to join a Learning Walk around our classrooms!
