SCHOOL Communications

Update and audit - Final Reminder - Survey closes Wednesday next Week

Dear Families,

We are working on further developing our communication with our school community. Therefore, we ask you for your attention to our communication platforms. We would like to know which programs are reaching our families and which programs we need to explain further.

Besides direct email, we currently have other means of communication which include:

1. Seesaw: For all classroom and learning communication with your child’s teacher.

Seesaw requires you to download the app and ‘join’ your child’s class. Messages are delivered via push notification which you will need to switch on.

2. Skoolbag - Now called Audiri: For all school wide announcements, school absences, changes and reminders.

Audiri requires you to download the app (search for Audiri in your app store), sign-up for free and connect to our school. Messages are delivered via push notification or email.

3. iNewletter: For school wide communication and information, such as celebrations of class learning, principal updates, learning and teaching update, faith education and community announcements.

The newsletter is delivered via email, Skoolbag and on our school website.

As a parent it is extremely important to have access to all three platforms. We would like to know about which platforms you use and don’t use. Please fill in the short survey to help us:

Our School Community Calendar is also accessible through the school newsletter.

Obviously, in emergency situations, the office will call a parent/guardian or emergency contact as soon as practicable via phone.

Please don't hesitate to email me if you have further questions,
