Cadbury Chocolate Fundraiser

We have still have some Cadbury Fundraiser money/boxes that haven't been returned, but don't worry, if you still have more to sell just let us know and you can return the cash in the near future. 

It is also an option to come and pay for the box in total by EFTPOS if that is more convenient.

There are some extra boxes available if you would like to sell some more!

Inter House Cross Country 

Last Thursday, May 2nd we had our House Cross Country.  I would like to sincerely thank all the parents, teachers, teacher aids, students who so generously gave up their time to act as officials and supporters along the course and at the finish line. We could not have run this event so successfully without your help.

It was so rewarding to see the whole school running and trying their Personal Best. Great to see some teachers and support staff who also put in 100 percent effort. I believe all the children all had a fantastic time and it was great to see all the smiles as they crossed the finish line and received a ribbon and a Zooper Dooper! Congratulations to all competitors and to Kenny as the winning house, followed by Cawley, Jones and Ford.

The first 10 place-getters from the 10,11- and 12-year old age group may be invited to participate in the District Cross Country. If I am unable to fill places in the 10-year-old age group, 9-year olds may get invited.

The District Cross Country is on the 28th May at Domeney Reserve in Park Orchards. So, get running! 10-year old running 2km and 11/12/13 running 3 km.

Congratulations to Indigo Bennett on completing her Grade 2 Trombone exam last Monday and receiving an A.  What a fantastic result.  Also a huge congratulations to Stephen Creek for being a great music teacher! We are very lucky to have such fantastic program at our school.

Camps, Sports, Excursions Fund

For those of you who have a Health Care Card, you may be entitled to the CSEF, a total of $125 per student which can be used to pay for camps, school sport, excursions, incursions etc.  See below for a copy of the application form.

If you have submitted a form in previous years and your details are unchanged, there is no need to resubmit for 2019.

If you are unable to print a copy, please ask for one at the office.

Bendigo Bank School Banking
