Our Winter Sport/Cocurricular photos have now been taken. Hard-copy order forms were given to students and are due back to the School Office by the end of this term. A PDF form is also attached below should you require it.
The ISA Team selected to compete at the ISA Championships on 5th September has been posted on the noticeboard outside the Gym. Some events are not finalised and some spots require a run-off. The final spots in the ISA team will be determined on Saturday 2nd September at the last Invitational Carnival.
All ISA selected athletes are required to compete on Saturday at Homebush. It is important that everyone has a last practice race, especially our relay teams.
Athletes selected for the ISA team will be given a parental letter, a copy of the school records and the ISA program. Parental permission slips need to be returned by Friday 1st September.

Registration is closing soon! The first round for District teams (U12 to U16-18) is Saturday 9 September.

District Teams: Based on registrations SPX Cricket Club will enter teams into the Manly Warringah Junior Cricket Association. Please note: U12 and U13 play on Saturday afternoons, U14, U15 and U16-18 play on Saturday mornings. The Club is looking in to the viability of a graded Division 1 U15 team (more details to follow) as an additional developmental pathway. Below are the MWJCA Season 2017/18 dates.
Mid-week Cricket Training: Training for all teams has commenced. All training is at Oxford Falls and conducted by professional coaches from Cricket Appeal. Buses leave from the front of OLD Church at 3:20pm and return to Chatswood (Anderson Street) at approximately 5:30pm.
Training uniform is: blue SPX PE shorts, House colour shirt and running shoes. Players are encouraged to bring their own protective equipment.

Players and parents please note that rolls will be marked each afternoon. Training is compulsory for all players as part of the College Co-Curricular Program.
1st and 2nd XI Trials: All aspiring and returning ISA players need to register. ISA Trials have commenced and will continue at Oxford Falls on Monday and Wednesday until the end of Term 2. Trial matches are scheduled for the 1st and 2nd XI on Wednesday 4 October, 5 October and 6 October 2017 (during School Holidays). Players are encouraged to speak with Mr Rodgers and Mr Reay about the upcoming season.

2018 Under 15s Rugby Tour
Interested students and their parents who are eligible to join the Under 15s tour to New Zealand in April of 2018 are asked to email Mr Lynch with their confirmation ASAP. Those who have confirmed their place on the tour will receive an email this with a registration link where they will be asked to provide all their sons relevant details and pay the deposit to secure their place on the tour.
