Senior Sub School News

Year 12 students have started 2020 studies in VCE and VCAL with great enthusiasm. They are all ready to role model for the younger years and are preparing for a big year of study, work and fun. It was great to see them enjoying their final House Swim Carnival. Thank you to those House Leaders, Sport Captains and participants who helped make a successful carnival. Special mention to Manar Mahfouz who has represented Kororoit House in the Swim sports for six years – and won the championship every year.

On Wednesday, 12 February the VCE group were inspired by international motivational speaker – Darren Pereira – who delivered messages including “If you believe it, you can achieve it” and “I will … until …”. Students were asked to complete a Selfie Challenge, where students send Darren a photo of themselves with their Study Goals. See Harmonii, Noami and Sarai pictured with Darren.

Good Luck to all year 12s completing VCAL or VCE. Work hard, set challenging goals and celebrate the success at end of year.
