"The future workplace requires versatile workers who have breadth across cognitive disciplines and depth of skills and expertise – at the same time. This is the new Vitruvian – set free by AI from menial tasks, like data entry, and the mundane, such as paperwork. This enables us to have more time making meaning and moving the world forward – towards adoption of renewable energy, to sustainable supply chains, ethical production and the digital democratisation of the productivity tools of tomorrow."

Biomedical Sciences major at Swinburne

"Explore biology, medicine, disease, chemistry and physiology (all touch points of biomedical science degrees) and apply your fundamental understanding of human anatomy, microbiology, biochemistry and physiology to real-world situations. At Swinburne, studying biomedical science isn’t just about theory. You’ll  have access to research labs and the latest instruments in healthcare technology to give you the experience you’ll need to change lives. Swinburne is the only university in Australia with MRI and MEG labs on campus, so by the time you graduate, you’ll be confident in using the latest technology available."
