How to cancel your child's order if they are away: 

1. Sign in to your Qkr account  

2. Tap on your child's order

3. Swipe LEFT and cancel

Important note: The cut off time for cancelling your order is 8:40am. A cancelled order will create a credit on your account.  We are unable to process a refund if your child goes home unwell and we are not notified,  or unable to sell their pre-ordered items.

Hot Tip!! 

Accidentally forget to order your child's lunch, or they left their lunchbox at home.... We have a Late Order Menu available on Qkr! The cut off time is 10:00am. 

If you can spare any time, even an hour, morning or afternoon please pop in and say hello. We would greatly appreciate a little of your time to help put stickers on bags or make slinky apples........
