College Athletics Carnival
On Tuesday 6 September we held our annual College Athletics Carnival and it was wonderful to see the many competitors participating in the track and field events and getting into the house spirit.

AFL
Junior AFL
Congratulations to the Junior AFL team and their coach Mrs Kehati on winning the SCS League.
Intermediate AFL
Well done to both the A and B Intermediate teams who represented the school with pride and played terrific throughout the SCS League. Thank you to coach Ms Meldrum for coaching the intermediate A team.
Senior AFL
Well done to the senior A and B teams who played with Brigidine spirit throughout the SCS League. The Senior A team won the SCS League. A big thank you to their coaches; Mrs Mazzeri and Mrs Waterhouse. A special thank you also to Mr Endemann who helped coach the senior A team.
Rugby 7’s
The Junior and Intermediate Rugby 7’s teams participated in a league and GALA day this Term. The girls developed many skills with the assistance of their coaches Mrs Coleman and Mrs Gordon as well as the NSW Rugby skill development squad.
Congratulations to both the Junior and intermediate Teams who finished second in their league.
Hockey
The Hockey Team participated in a 2 day SCS GALA day. The girls played terrific and learned multiple new skills. There were only five girls on the team who had previous experience. The girls with experience encouraged and helped out the girls who had no previous experience. The girls finished third in the league. Congratulations!!
Tennis
Well done to the 4 doubles teams who participated in the conference SCS League. The Intermediate A doubles team won their league and the Junior A doubles team came second.
All doubles teams represented the school with true Brigidine spirit. A special thank you to their coach; Mrs Culhane.
