Election BBQ and Cake Stall Volunteers

We would be extremely grateful for any parents that could volunteer to help at our BBQ and Cake Stall on Election Day on Saturday 26 November.  The May Election BBQ was a huge success, raising over $2,500 and we hope to beat this profit in November. Thank you to those that have already signed up, and if you have not done so yet and are available, we would be most appreciative. Please follow the links below to sign up.

A reminder that on Wednesday 9th December, students will receive their Dixie Cup ice cream during lunch eating time and will have ample time to enjoy eating their ice cream in the classroom.

Thank you for supporting this fundraising event!

Senior Disco: Years 3 to 6

5:00 - 6:30pm

*Students in Year 3 may attend the Junior or Senior session

Where: Sports and Performance Centre

Cost: $5 entry fee  (Payment via Compass)

Sausage Sizzle from 4:30 - 5:15pm

Cost: $2.50 each  (EFTPOS available)

Both a Junior and Senior Disco will be held to cater for the differing needs of students and Year 3 students will be able to choose which they would prefer to attend. To minimize the cue to enter the disco, we urge families to prepay and consent via Compass. Just like an excursion, this will allow teachers to escort students directly to the Disco at the end of the day, meaning parents will pick up students at the end of the disco at 4:30pm from the Sports and Performance Centre.

Parents are not able to attend the Disco, but please be assured that there will be plenty of teachers supervising and dancing up a storm.

Parents will need to collect students from inside the Sports and Performance Centre and walk students back to their classroom to retrieve their bag before going home.

Cash payments will be accepted on the night for any students that are late to pay via Compass, but we would strongly encourage all parents to pay via Compass.

Students that are not attending the disco will be dismissed from their classroom at 3:30pm as normal.
