SWPBS

A massive thank you to all our students who continue to display our values of GROWTH, RESPECT, OPTIMISM, WELLBEING and SUPPORT during remote learning.  We know it has been tough on everyone this time around and we could not be more proud of our students, teachers, staff and families for the way they are taken on this challenge.

Our focus for weeks 1 - 5 of term 3 was  SUPPORT, students were rewarded for demonstrating support by;

                                    - Being kind to everyone

                                    - Working cooperatively with others

                                    - Looking out for each other

Thank you to our teachers for giving out achievements whilst transitioning to remote learning. The SWPBS team have collated and the top 20% of students will receive a small parcel either in the mail or delivered by our lovely bus drivers.

To support our bus drivers we ask that when notified families meet the buses in the mornings to collect deliveries or schoolwork.

Our new focus area for weeks 6 - 10 are based around our value of GROWTH.  Students can demonstrate this value by;

  • Being organised and ready to learn (Attendance - Student with 100% attendance for your class in the week or fortnight depending on how often you see them)
  • Listening carefully and doing our best (Submitting work - When students complete set tasks on time).

We look forward to supporting students as they endeavour to gain more achievements. Remember all achievements go in the draw for some major prizes at the end of the year - remember last year the major prize was an Apple Watch!  Be sure to make some suggestions for prizes to Mr Millard, Mrs Taylor and Mr Sanders.
