Students of the Week

Congratulations to the following students who were awarded Student of the Week this week and last week. All certificates will be mailed out to our students. The following people will need to keep an eye out for the postie. 

 

*Prep A Amani O’C  - For trying your best when you are learning at home. It has been great to see some of your work on Dojo. You are doing an awesome job with your writing and maths. Keep up the great work. Super star effort.

Maddison L - For trying your best when you are attending Onsite Learning at school. It has been great to see you working hard on your reading, writing and maths.  Well done Maddi.

 

*Prep B -  Harry N - Well done on trying your best with home learning. I enjoy seeing your work uploaded to dojo. You always have a smile ready for our Webex meetings. Your Friday STEM work has been excellent. Awesome job Harry.

Jackson S-T  - Well done Jackson on doing your best learning at home. Thank you for checking in everyday. You are a Superstar.

 

*1/2A - Hunter R – for excellent engagement in Remote Learning 2.0. I really enjoy watching the videos you submit on Class Dojo. It is fantastic to see you and your Mum so involved in learning and having fun. Your video for sustainability was fantastic – you spoke clearly and confidently. Well done.

Reign G – for excellent engagement in Remote Learning 2.0. I like to see the fantastic work that you are submitting on Class Dojo. You listen to feedback that is given and strive to improve your work. It is great to see you trying your best and challenging yourself. Keep up the excellent work.

 

*1/2B - Matilda H  -  For the hard work you are putting into remote learning. It is great to see you regularly attending our Webex meetings and contributing to our discussions. Keep up the great work. Well done Matilda.

Malachi F  -  You are doing a fantastic job with remote learning Malachi. I enjoy seeing your smiling face join our morning Webex and you are always ready to learn. Keep it up. Well done Malachi.

 

*1/2C Lily I  - Lily, I am so proud of your learning efforts during Remote Learning 2.0. You are a quiet achiever, but always give your learning tasks your personal best. You’ve attended all our Webex meetings and engage and participate in the activities we go through. You are respectful towards your peers, resilient when work is a little more challenging and responsible by uploading your work to your portfolio  Keep shining bright Lily.

Clinton Mc  -  Clinton, I am so proud of your learning efforts during Remote Learning 2.0. I love having your bright and bubbly personality in our Webex meetings. You are respectful towards your peers, resilient when work is a little more challenging and responsible by uploading your work to your portfolio, whether you are onsite or at home.  Well done Clinton. Keep up your terrific efforts.

 

*3/4A - Brodie S  – for his excellent contributions to our Webex discussions every week, and for consistently uploading his work onto Class Dojo.

*3/4B -   Aaron N -   for demonstrating amazing knowledge around ICT. You have been extremely helpful during our regular Webex meetings and demonstrated a keen knowledge for ICT in the games and programs you have developed during Remote Learning. Keep up the great work! 

Isabella H  -   for consistently reading throughout Remote Learning. Isabella, it has been wonderful to see your passion for reading shine during this time. Keep up the great reading and working on all other learning areas! 

 

*3/4C -  Tilly B  -  Tilly your commitment to your remote learning has been excellent. You post to dojo regularly and the effort you make to submit high quality work is fantastic. I look forward to viewing your classwork daily.  Keep up the awesome work ethic.

Xander D - Xander, your commitment to remote learning has been excellent. You are consistently leading discussions and sharing your thoughts during our Webex sessions and It is great to see you being part of our Reading Strategy Group.   Well done Xander!

 

*5/6A -  Zoe I - Wow Zoe your writing piece blew me away! You have a very clear writers voice and the descriptive language you have used is amazing. I thoroughly enjoy reading your finished pieces. Keep up the awesome work!

Blake L  - Well done on working on the presentation of your work. It is great to see you remembering to include a heading, the date and numbering your questions. This has made your work stand out. keep up the great work!

 

*5/6B -  Nikita O - Just wow! I cannot believe how motivated and incredibly dedicated you have been during Remote Learning 2.0. You consistently upload all work you have been set and strive to complete it all to the best of your ability. The neatness of your work is fantastic and I am so proud of you for always challenging yourself. Keep up the brilliant work!

Caiden K  -  For continuing to work incredibly hard during remote learning. You not only complete and upload all learning tasks but you always complete them to the best of your ability and set out your work incredibly well. It has been wonderful to also see you upload you wonderful Inquiry Project on Canada. You apply yourself in all the learning tasks you are given and never fail to try your best. Keep up the fantastic work!

 

*5/6C -   Will M  -  For his consistent effort and uploading of his work throughout remote learning. You have completed some outstanding work, continually maintaining a neat and tidy workbook. Great work!

Chelsea G  - For consistently uploading all her work and exceeding expectations during remote learning. You are organised and responsible in your learning. Keep up the amazing work!

 

*Art -  Caitlin Mc   -  For all the fabulous artwork you have uploaded during Remote Learning this week! You have such a skill for drawing and it is obvious that Art makes you happy! 

Ashley L   - For creating beautiful art during remote learning! I love that you have tried your hand at sewing. Then you have combined you dyed artwork and your boat construction together. Keep up the wonderful work! 

 

*Music/Indonesian -  Jaiden B  - For posting a beautiful video of you dancing to a favourite song. It is lovely to see you enjoying music and including your family. 

​Isabella and Sierra M  -  for posting two beautiful videos of you playing your ‘home-made’ instruments and singing ‘five dinosaurs’. It is lovely to see you enjoying music. 

 

*PE -   Hunter R -  For keeping active and having fun with the P.E activities set during remote learning. I’ve really enjoyed watching the videos you send in, you always try your best and have so much FUN!

Stella P - For always giving our P.E remote learning activities 100% effort! I enjoy seeing how much fun you have with each of the activities and it’s so great to see you keeping active during remote learning.

For every 50 nights of reading that a student  completes, a certificate of achievement and a  new book will be awarded for their effort. Keep up the nightly reading everyone and don't forget to upload it to Class Dojo so your teacher can see how many nights you've read.
