IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Sick Bay

A gentle reminder that if a student is feeling unwell, to keep in line with the Department of Education & Training's Mobile Phone Policy, students are required to go to the Administration Office where a trained First Aid Officer will provide assistance and call parents/guardians if they are too unwell to remain at school and need to go home.

Please note, that the school will only call parents/guardians in regards to an unwell child. The school will never send a text message to advise that their child is unwell and requires collection.

If you have any questions regarding the above or other queries, please call our Administration Team on (03) 5261 6633.

BYOD Device Changes to Applecare+

From 05 October, the law changed on how Add-On Insurance such as Applecare+ can be sold in Australia. As a result, Apple has communicated to all of their BYOD partners to stop selling Applecare+ for the time being. It is our expectation that they will be permitted to resume selling Applecare+ via BYOD portals shortly. While Applecare+ is temporarily unavailable for sale, any customer orders for Apple devices purchased since 05 October will be invited to purchase Applecare+ in a secondary transaction in line with the new regulations.

The new regulatory guidelines on Add-On Insurance can be found via this link to the ASIC website

Once Applecare+ is enabled again, you will be able to purchase a device, nominate your desired insurance policy, you will receive a customer communication advising you of your rights regarding insurance, wait 4 days, and then complete the purchase of the insurance policy.

In cooperation and support with our local police, please take time to have a look at the attached flyer. This flyer will be handed out by police to students if they have been intercepted as a formal warning before adopting a zero tolerance approach.
