Sport News - JUNE 2023
Last Friday on the 16th of June the 5/6s participated in the 2023 Winter Lightning Premiership. We took two netball teams, a girls soccer team, a boys footy team and two t-ball teams.
For the girls netball teams, it was a close day for everyone. For the A team they won 1 game and lost the other 3 by a close margin and the B team lost all their games but had lots of fun!
For the girls soccer they had a close day with one win, two ties and a loss but still kept going.
For our t-ball teams they both came 4th overall which they should be extremely proud of.
And our boys football team made the grand final but lost to Red Hill by 7 points. Amazing work boys.
All teams played with great sportspersonship and had lots of fun.
And we would like to thank all the staff and parents for helping us on the day. We couldn't have done this without you.
And a big thankyou to the parents committee team for providing us with our new netball dresses, they looked amazing and we are very grateful.
