Camp News

Teachers in Year 3 & 4 and Year 5 & 6 are very busily planning our Camps for students in Term 3. 

Our Year 5 and 6 students will be attending Kangaroobie Camp from 8th -11th August this year. Information and deposit arrangements will be available to parents on Compass in the coming days- please keep an eye out for this. Staff have been very proactive in providing parents/carers with an opportunity to indicate their intentions for students to attend, with a survey sent out to parents recently (hard copy). This has allowed staff to plan with some accuracy regarding the student numbers and bus arrangements for our Year 5/6 camp. Parents of students who have indicated they will not be attending should ensure they ‘decline’ on Compass promptly to avoid follow up communications from staff.

Our Year 3 and 4 students will be attending Golden Valley Camp from 30th August to 1st September. Information and deposit arrangements will be available to parents on Compass in the next few days. Again, it is very important that students not attending are identified on Compass by parents/carers indicating ‘declined’ on the Camp permission/information page.

We are looking forward to two wonderful camps filled with action based activities and many opportunities for students to develop their organisational, independence and social skills.
