Student/Parent/Teacher Interviews

The Term 3 Interviews will be held on Tuesday 24th and Wednesday 25th June between 3:30pm and 7pm. This year interviews will be booked through Compass. This will allow families to directly book a time that is suitable for them. 

To book your interview please log in to Compass and follow the link for interviews. Compass will walk you through how to book an appointment, but if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact the office on 58621426.

Year 5/6 Winter Sports

The last of our winter sports games will be held this Friday 20th July against Cobram Primary School. NPS will be fielding one football team, two netball teams ( 1 Year 5 team and 1 Year 6 team), and one softball team (Bat Smashers). There is also a possibility that Cobram will be able to field a second softball team, if they are able to the Lightning Loaders will also be playing.

Football will be played at Numurkah Football Oval. Netball and Softball games will be held at Numurkah Primary School. Games will start at 1:30pm and finish at 2:30pm.

Debating Festival

Congratulations to all students who have been participating in the debating festival. There has been lots of hard work and preparation put into presenting their arguments. Everyone has been very impressed with the high standard of the debates. Congratulations to the successful teams who have moved onto the next round.

The following Year 5/6 semi finals will take place as listed below -

Wednesday 1st August  - Odd Ones vs The Bosses

                                   "Fairytales are too scary for little kids."

Thursday 2nd August - Shining Stars vs Masters of Debating

                                    "Energy drinks should be banned!"

The following Year 3/4 Round Two debates will take place as listed below -

Tuesday 7th August - A Team vs Galaxy Gang

                                     "Students should not be given homework!"

Wednesday 8th August - Extreme Debators vs Princess Power

                                      " All shops should be closed on Sundays!"

Thursday 9th August - Cats and Dogs vs The Gems

                                      "Bottled water should be banned!"

All debates will be held in Room 7, starting at 1:40pm. Families are welcome to come and watch the debates. If you have any questions please speak to classroom teachers or Ms Sartoria in Room 6.
