With us all in lockdown again, it's more important than ever to take control in these uncertain times.  Beyond Blue have a great range of articles around measures people can put in place to  support their health and wellbeing through COVID-19.   

 

Some things that can help:

  • Remember that this disruption is temporary and to focus on what we can control
  • Rather than projecting into the future, break each day down into manageable goals and focus on each small task.
  • Limit exposure to COVID-19 news.
  • Focus on controlling our own behaviour to help manage the spread
  • Create routines to build structure into our day, stay connected with loved ones and look after our physical health.
