GMD Athletics Results

Thursday 5th September saw Cobram Secondary College take a team of 39 students from Years 7 to 12 to compete in the GMD Athletics Carnival at McEwen Reserve, Shepparton.

After a fantastic day of competition, our students all performed well and showed great sportsmanship and team spirit.

From the 11 schools in the competition, our Girls team finished 3rd and our Boys team finished 4th, which gave Cobram Secondary College a 3rd place overall.

Our girl's team excelled with Zarli Kerr achieving 16 Year Age Champion, Kiera Mathers finishing runner up 15 Year Age Champion and Sierra Tejones finishing runner up 14 Year Age Champion.

Well done to all our students who participated in the day and congratulations to the 20 students who have progressed to compete in the Hume Region competition on Thursday 10th October, at Alexandra Park Athletics Centre, Albury.
