Year 11

Foods

The Year 11 Food studies had a SAC on Friday the 13th of September.  We were provided with a Design Brief that we had to follow, we were to use a minimum of three lemons in our recipe and to prepare and cook it within 70 minutes. 

 

Our recipes were to be suitable for a cafe. There was a wide range of recipes including, Lemon Meringue Pie, Cordial, Lemonade, Cakes, Marmalade and other Assorted Desserts.

 

The whole class were focused as they got to choose their own recipes and put their own spin on it. I really enjoyed this class.  By  Madi Power
