Visual Communication

The Year 8 Visual communication design class is finishing off the semester testing their logo and product knowledge.

English

Year 8R made Lord of the Flies masks and spears to represent the themes and ideas in the story.

8B Writer's Notebook 

Year 8 students are immersed in their writing, exploring the idea of, "What's in a name?"   They worked well in their Writing Communities, sharing ideas and recording them in their notebooks.

Japanese

During our 8O class this term, our Japanese cultural activity was a chopstick challenge.  Students raced to move beans from their plate to a cup using their chopstick skills. The class champions were Michaele and Zain who put 15 beans in their cups in 32 seconds.

Year 8B English students have been practising their conferring skills to support their Writer's Notebook.
