Warialda Sisters
During my absence, I caught up with Sr Anne, Sr Anita and Sr Yvonne. We had a lovely afternoon tea and I also met Sr Catherine who also lives with Sr Yvonne. The Sisters send their love and pray for us each day.
Mother's Day Morning Tea and Liturgy
We warmly invite all mothers, grandmothers and those who nurture our children to a special Mother's Day Morning Tea on Thursday the 5th of May, starting at 11:00 am. Morning Tea will be served under the COLA and after this, the children will lead a Mother's Day Liturgy in our hall. All are welcome to attend.
A Mother's Day Prayer
I said a Mother's Day prayer
for you to thank the Lord above
for blessing me with a lifetime
of your tender-hearted love.
I thanked God for the caring
you've shown me through the years,
for the closeness we've enjoyed
in times of laughter and of tears.
And so, I thank you
from the heart for all you've done for me
and I bless the Lord for giving me the best mother there could be!
