Early Years Athletics Carnival

On Friday 3 December, we were finally able to travel down to Nutgrove Beach for the much-anticipated Early Years Athletics Carnival. With inclement weather postponing the original carnival date, things were looking ominous on Thursday night with Tasmanian weather putting on a full show. Fortunately for all involved, the grounds were immaculate on Friday morning and set up for the carnival began. 

The Carnival provided a great opportunity for our students to showcase their talents and skills, but most importantly for them to enjoy participating in athletics and other activities with their friends in a supportive environment. The support from parents and carers was fantastic to see, with a great crowd there from start till finish. 

By all accounts, the day was a great success with smiles easily found throughout the Carnival. These events, as always, are a huge team effort with everyone involved deserving thanks for their support throughout the day.
