Remote Learning with Prep L

In Week Two Maths our Prep students explored the concepts of height, length and distance and direct and indirect comparison.

They were able to use all sorts of household objects to help demonstrate and understand concepts.

They drew some wonderful pictures illustrating short and long distances.

Last week in English,  the students were asked to respond to the text ,Too Many Elephants in this House,  by writing about what they would do if they had an elephant at their house.  There were many wonderful suggestions.

Lenika wrote that “We are singing.”

Chaw invited a lion over as well and they baked a cake together.

Congratulations to all the Prep students (and their parents) who are doing an amazing job engaging with and completing the remote learning materials.
