STUDENT ACTIVITIES

YEAR 7 BEANIE DAY

On the 6th of September our Year 7 Ambassador's organised a beanie day to raise awareness for homelessness. Year 7 students were encouraged to wear a beanie  and if possible donate a beanie or a pair of warm socks to be donated to the Salvation Army for distribution in the local community.

Posters and a slide show were presented to students to raise awareness about homelessness in our community.  Did you know that for every 50,000 people 42 are homeless? We had a great show of support from our Year 7’s and we would like to thank everyone who got involved and showed support for this very worthy cause.

R U OK DAY

Thank you to Staff and students who helped to organise R U OK activities. The sound of music in the quad was wonderful and brought a smile to everyone’s faces who came out to listen.
