Congratulations to the 24 students who represented Aberfoyle Park High School in the
Pool C Open Boys Football State Grand Final at Thebarton Oval this term.
After a brilliant first quarter from both sides with 2 goals each, Clare High School were too good over the next three quarters. Through a lack of football experience and injuries to our Aberfoyle team, Clare High School ran out 10 goal winners. Final Scores:

The boys played well through all three rounds and maintained a positive attitude displaying excellent sportsmanship at all times. Team Captains Corey and Benny led the team strongly and all players showed gratitude for the organisation and efforts of all staff involved to help make the day at Thebarton Oval a success. All players should be immensely proud of their efforts and success.
