Students Catering High Tea at a High Standard 

In semester 1, the students across three classes produced and served High Tea platters to the Aberfoyle Park High School staff as part of their SACE assessment.  Following the High Tea expectations of finger food, restaurant standard and decadence, each platter hit the criteria. The Aussie favourites, the sausage roll and lamington were included with other sweet and savoury options.
