Cake Decorating Skills

In semester 1, year 10 Food Technology class were to design, plan and decorate their own cake. The students practiced their cake decorating skills, cake crumbing, fondant work and piping skills using buttercream to create a product that incorporates techniques learnt throughout the unit. This is always a favourite assessment for the students.
