 Positive Wellbeing for Learning

October is Mental Health Month in Australia. Tune in and experience new things, discover great health tips, join in community activities, and connect with your own mental health and wellbeing.

We have five weeks of suggestions for everyone to help you focus on your families wellbeing.

                                    Enjoy the holidays!

Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL)

As we finish the busy term we are focusing on being responsible both at school and at home. The holiday break presents many opportunities for students to relax, get outside and play, visit friends and family and explore new places. Our PBL focus can be used to make sure all students are respectful, responsible and safe over the break.

STOP and look: take a breath, why am I angry/upset/worried?

THINK and listen: problem-solve options, accept help from others.

DO the right thing: make good choices and work through the issue.

STOP! THINK! DO!
