Grade Four

The Grade 4's started Term 3 off with a trip to Scienceworks to investigate forces.  They became rollercoaster engineers who designed, built and trialled effective rollercoasters from recycled materials. 

In maths this term, we have delved into money, patterns and algebra and are currently running maths focus groups in relation to time.

The year level is currently obsessed with “Wonder” and the life of Auggie Pullman.  Our literacy program is based around Auggies life, his journey through middle school and the challenges he faces having been born with “Treacher Collins Syndrome”.
