NPS Bilingual Fiesta

Hola amigos! 

We would like to invite you to the Newlands Primary School Official Bilingual Accreditation event also named the ‘NPS Bilingual Fiesta’, on Friday the 26th of March.  Newlands Primary School will be providing the local, wider and Spanish-speaking community an unforgettable evening to showcase the school’s incredible bilingual immersion program. 

There will be music, student performances, dancing workshop, face painting, jumping castle, live mural painting, soccer, food stalls and crafts. Most importantly, this will be an opportunity for the students and teaching community at Newlands to showcase some of the fantastic Bilingual learning that takes place at our school. 

The event runs from 4:00pm – 8:00pm and is completely free, we encourage you to come on down and bring your friends along.

We need your help!

Thank you very much to the parents that have volunteered their time to help us on the day. We are still looking for keen volunteers to help at the party to support teachers in running some stalls. Also, there is some cutting of piñata templates that parents can do at home in their own time previous to the Fiesta, to have things ready for the Arts and Craft stalls.
