Resource Centre News

Another shipment of books has arrived at the Resource Centre, many items having been recommended by students in Years 7-10. The suggestions and recommendations made by these students is most welcome as it is a priority to maximise student input to enrich the fiction and non-fiction collections. The newly arrived books will be processed and ready for borrowing as soon as possible.

I would like to thank those students who responded to our reminders to return library books that they had borrowed in 2020, however, there is still a significant group of students who, unfortunately have not responded to our different forms of communication to resolve the situation. The details and cost of these items have now been sent to Financial Management.

I encourage students to check their emails on a regular basis as it is the main form of communication utilised by the Resource Centre staff to deliver reminder notices and other information.

Dreams, books, are each a world; and books we know, are a substantial world, both pure and good”. William Wordsworth (Romantic Poet).
