Hi everyone

We hope you are having a great week so far.

There are a couple of reminders that we have asked our rep community to communicate to the year level communities yesterday:

Today (Thursday) is the last day for Easter egg / item donations for the raffle. The prizes will be wrapped on Monday.
Orders for Hot Cross Buns also close today at 5pm.
Tickets for the Easter Raffle can be purchased up until 5pm on Wednesday 24th March (next week).
The Easter raffle will be held at 1pm on the last day of school.
Orders and tickets are available via https://stjamesbrighton.cdfpay.org.au/.

Meeting rescheduled for STJPA

As the school is now hosting Communion on Wednesday and Thursday next week, we will now have our next STJPA meeting on Wednesday 31st March.

We will let you know whether this will be in person at school or online next week.

Can there please be a rep from each year level present at the meeting, as well as any event coordinators who are running events in term 1 or 2.

An agenda will be forwarded and if there is anything you'd like tabled, please let us know. Can we request that year level reps send a rough outline of their report (even if it is brief) to Candice before the meeting to assist her with taking minutes as it is a very lengthy job!
