Headspace Knox is running 4 Tuning into Teens programs throughout Terms 1 and 2 as well as offering family support and 1:1 sessions for parents , all at no cost!

The RSC Wellbeing website is designed to assist families and students with the necessary resources to deal with difficult situations as they arise. The website intends to collate the best possible resources to assist with mental health issues and present them in an easily accessible platform. Ringwood Secondary College is guided by 'Positive Education' principles (Pos Ed) with the aim of allowing our students to flourish. As a wellbeing team we are committed to implementing and embedding Pos. Ed. initiatives through the programs we offer.
