Celebration of

Learning

Foundation Fun

Thanks to Mrs Pulling for helping us with our heart words and sounds and to swap

our readers on a Monday.

Mrs Pulling helping Ellie.

Thanks to our buddies for sharing our library books with us in week 4.

Puzzling our way through with Zoe & Jaelyn

In Foundation we have been very busy immersing ourselves into the world of number.

Yay we were so excited to have the least amount of rubbish in our lunch boxes in week 4. Go FG!!  Great effort mums and dads and grandparents! So appreciative of your extra time to pack yoghurt in a washable reusable container! And all the rest of our goods. Thank you also for the healthy food that helps us learn to our potential!

The RACV Safety Squad visited The foundation classes on Monday the 7th of March. We learnt to STOP, LOOK, LISTEN and THINK about traffic.

We also leant that you need to be 145cm tall to sit in the front seat. We measured ourselves and none of us were that tall. Thanks to Tilly for being our newsletter model.

Reading Nights celebrations for FG

Congratulations to Ava, Kyson, Isabelle and Talon for 25 nights reading!!!

Congratulations to Rose and Zoe for 50 nights of reading. Knowing how important reading is at our school, having watched older siblings read every night they started their reading in the holidays. Welcome to our culture of a passion for reading girls!

2K had a visitor this week

My Snake

My snake is quite big. He is also harmless. My snake is a boy and is a top-end python. His name is Mr Squiggles. My Dad bought him in on Monday for 2K show and tell. Everyone loved him. My Dad brought him in a bag and everyone asked lots of questions.
