Student Learning - Foundation

Foundation Students -

Reading - Foundation students looked in books to see which words repeated and kept that in mind when turning the page. We have been also been practicing writing our names a lot. 

Our buddies came to visit today and that has been our highlight!

We have also been talking about people we appreciate and then extended this by writing letters to people we appreciate within the school community.

Students have been busy learning the letters 'f' and 'g'. They have enjoyed learning Cued Articulation signs for these letters. This helps the students see, hear and say speech sounds. 

The students also participated in activities to help improve their fine motor skills. 

In maths they have been working together focusing on placing numbers 1 - 20 in the correct order.
