The Ozy Youth Choir Honoring Defence Service

The OZY Youth Choir Honouring Defence Service, honouring those who have fought and died for country will be traveling to Alice Springs to hold a music and leadership program for youth at Campfire in the Heart 19 - 26th April.

The Programme will see some of the choir’s young leaders come from around Australia to Central Australia to work with local school children and youth in collaboration with music teachers to support them for their remembrance of Anzac Day 2022 through performance, storytelling and song. All workshops will be conducted in a COVID safe manner during the school holidays in the outdoor meeting spaces at Campfire in the Heart.

The choir is also looking for local young people who love to sing to be included in rehearsals for a return tour in spring where other Alice Spring youth will reunite for more thematic performances in September.
