Sprout will now be open until 4pm each day, selling snacks, icypoles, and coffee (or tea/hot chocolate) for those in need of an afternoon caffeine fix!
Please note that on super hot days, 38 degrees and over, sprout will not be serving any hot food. This includes toasted sandwiches. Untoasted sandwiches will be available. So please be sure to check the weather and plan ahead for potential changes to lunch.
Take Home meals are now available on both a Monday and a Wednesday, if you have a child at OSHC, please contact me to arrange a meal to be delivered for you to pick up with your child.

Wominjeka to Term 1 of 2020!
We hope everyone had an outstanding holiday with enough rest to rejuvenate them for the new year. OSHC has a lot planned, with more clubs, incursions, excursions and activities. We are excited for the new year.
We would also like to welcome the new foundation families to the OSHC program, we hope that you settle in quickly and please do not be afraid to ask any of the staff for information or help.
We would also like to acknowledge the traditional owners of the land that OSHC uses, the Koori Nation, we are grateful for the country on which we live.
Staff
We had some new additions to our staff at the end of 2019, and with new families joining the community we thought we would re-introduce ourselves! Please feel welcome to come up and say hi.
Enrolment and Booking:
Every child needs to have an updated enrolment, to do this you must re-submit your enrolment.
Go to the QK portal:
If you forgot your password, click on forgotten password.
Once you are logged into the portal you can review your enrolment. Please ensure all contact details are correct and update any changes in your child's circumstances (i.e. asthma, ASD diagnosis, immunisation status). We will receive a notification email that your enrolment has been submitted again.
Permanent Bookings for 2020:
1. Please log in to QK Enrol;
2. Go to current bookings - and not make a new request
3. Click on edit;
4. Select the starting date (i.e. 30/1/2020), the days of the week you need and type of care (i.e. Before or After School Care) and minimum days you need;
5. Click on "request"
You will receive an email with the offer, to confirm your booking you need to accept the offer.
New OSHC Policies:
This year we have acquired fluro vests for all the OSHC students to wear while they are outside in after school care, this will ensure that they are easily visible to the educators while in the playground!
Reminder:
OSHC is SUN SMART! This means that hats are compulsory until 5pm in Term 1. We also will hand out sunscreen in circle time if your child has not brought their own.
