The fete will be upon us soon. Preparations are already underway. What we do know is that there will be rides, slides, animal farm, reptile encounters, face painting, ballon making, hot chips from Lions, cakes from CWL, P & F food, live music and much more. Look out for more information and updates in the upcoming newsletters.

Helpers to source donations for our raffle, spinning wheel and silent auction. This will be a group effort. If you would like to join the team email stlfete@gmail.com
We are keen to learn of any connections to businesses for potential donation of prizes for the fete raffle, fete sponsorship or spinning wheel. These could include vouchers, goods or services. Also available is gold, silver or bronze sponsorship where the business name would be on banners and all advertising and will be mentioned during the course of the day over the PA. Look out for more on sponsorship in the next newsletter.
We will call for donations chocolate blocks for the chocolate bed. Look out for specials over holidays. The 'best before date' on chocolate blocks must be past the March 2020 please.
All families will be expected to participte in the fete in some way, either on the day/evening or before the day. If you can't make it on the night then we ask you to assist in the pre-fete organisation, set up or by donations. Donations could include: money to assist with keeping fete costs down, canned softdrink or water for drink stand to sell on the night lamb or pork roasts for sliders.
A fete intension form will be sent home early 2020 for you to select where and how you can assist with the upcoming fete.
