Year 3/4–Celebrating Learning

ORANGE SKIN BIRD FEEDER

In years 3 and 4 we have been reading and writing procedural texts.As a part of our learning we read a procedural text on how to make a bird feeder from an orange and then we had fun making one!

It was good that we used orange peel and not paper because the bird could eat the whole thing. - Ruby 3 / 4C.

 

I have written procedural texts about Pokemon. Tavish and I wrote a text on how to make Malasadas. - Jonah 3/4 C

 

I enjoyed making the bird feeder out of orange skin because it was natural and the birds could eat it all. - Ella 3/4C

I made a bird feeder, but no bird has eaten the seed! For me this was not successful, but I might try again and hang it at a different height. - Moksh - 3/4C
