MATHS TALENT QUEST

Awards Ceremony

The Maths Talent Quest is a Maths Inquiry Competition open to all students from Grade Prep to Year 12 across Australia.

This year, five of our Year 7 SEALP students participated in the competition. Three of those entries were awarded a Distinction for their efforts.

The students who were nominated for the awards were Katelyn Radmanic for her assignment titled “The Real Greedy Pig”, Kaitlin Toleman who investigated “Algebra Walks” and Alec Pullen who worked with Stuart Morrow on making a “Rubics Cube Robot”.

The students attended La Trobe University last Thursday to collect their awards. They received a certificate and a $25 voucher for the MAV shop.

A big congratulations to these students on their hard work and a big thank you to their parents for their support throughout the competition and for attending the awards ceremony on the day!
