VCE UNIT 1 & 2 EXAMINATIONS

Important Exam Information:
- Please make sure you are outside the VCE Study Hall at least 10 minutes prior to the exam commencing.
- Please bring your own equipment, eg, calculator, pens, ruler etc.
- No one is allowed to leave early.
- Drink bottles containing water allowed – must be clear bottles with no labels.
- Full school uniform must be worn for all exams and classes on exam days.

FULL payment of $315 for girls and $305 for boys is to be paid on Compass by Wednesday 25 November, 2015.
The running of 2 nights will depend on student numbers intending to participate in the Presentation Balls. Pending numbers, students may be moved to the other night.
Dance lessons will commence Tuesday February 9 2016 and will run each Tuesday night after school in the Hall. Groups will be organised once numbers are finalised.

2016 YEAR 10 CENTRAL AUSTRALIA CAMP INFORMATION
As part of the Year 10 program we are offering students the opportunity to go on a camp to Central Australia in 2016.
Camp 1
Monday 18 April – Tuesday 26 April
Camp 2
Tuesday 19 April – Wednesday 27 April
Camp 3
Wednesday 20 April – Thursday 28 April
Next week, Year 9 students will receive the 2016 Year 10 Central Australia Camp notice in Form Assembly with all the details about the camp.
A deposit of $450 will be required to be paid on Compass by Friday 27 November.
The camp notice will also be available on the school website and Compass (under Events) for parents and guardians.
SCHOOL UNIFORM REMINDERS
Socks
All socks (both girls and boys) must be WHITE not BLACK. No logos, stripes etc are allowed.
Girls Shoes
BLACK polishable hard leather low-heeled lace up shoes OR girls black leather T-bar shoes (as shown in the school planner and this page).
Boys Shoes
BLACK polishable hard leather low-heeled lace up shoes (as shown in the school planner and this page) - no logos, runner styles, bands, stripes etc.
If students wear an item out of uniform, they must endeavour to wear something as close as possible to replace the item.
A note signed by a parent/guardian must be provided to obtain an out of uniform pass from either a Year Lever Coordinator, Form Teacher or Year Level Sub School Assistant.
STUDENT ABSENCES
A reminder for parents and guardians, approving of students absences should be entered on Compass.
Parents and guardians who may have forgotten their Compass username and password, should contact Lauren Kelso in the Middle School Office.
