Multicultural Festival Drawing Competition

Nevada Childe, VCAL student of Year 10G, spent a great deal of time in organising our Multicultural Festival Drawing Competition, the two prizes were donated by Cavalier Art Supplies. This Competition was open to the local Primary Schools and there were over 600 entries. Both Nevada and Mr Adamou were the judges and the decision was not easy by any means.

Nevada visited the winning students at the Primary Schools and presented them with their prizes and Certificate. He spoke in front of the students classes at the Primary Schools with great confidence and pride, congratulating all of the students on their entries and also speaking about the Multicultural Festival.

Nevada’s pride shone through at this moment and with his current journey at NGSC, this experience has made a real difference to his academic outcomes and has enhanced his aspirations towards his future schooling at NGSC.
